Streaming Yoga Classes
On the site you will have the option of choosing a yoga class level, or creating your own yoga class with our unique "Design a Class" option. You can also take a lesson. This is not a prerecorded VHS tape or dvd.
The classes are streaming yoga videos which are continually changed and updated.
